Mum's back!

Mum was away with her family for Canadian Thanksgiving. Us cats had our very lovely part-time staff come to take care of us.

Mum met a cat that lived near her grandparents' cabin. These are a couple photos. He is black and mancatly like me, but he is not as big. Mum called him Simon, and she said that she gave him the tasty turkey livers from the turkey they had on Sunday. I think that was nice of her because poor Simon was outside a lot! Mum says she wasn't sure if Simon had a family, but she thought he likely did because his furs were all glossy and he looked pretty healthy.

We purr that he has a home. It gets really cold in Canada

Your mum is such a kind lady. She gave a name to the outdoor kitty and gave him Thanksgiving treats. How very caring of her. Our mum can't walk by a kitty either without finding if he/she has a home. If Simon didn't have a home, he might make a lovely brother for you.
P.S. Our mum loves the names your mum picks. She loves "Percy" and she thinks "Simon" is great too!

That was nice of your mom to share her Thanksgiving feast with Simon. He is a cutie - but Percy, he just doesn't have those adorable cheeks you do!
