Paw It Forward!!

We got a parcel in the mail today!! It was part of the Paw It Forward from the House of Cats. It was a great fantastic box just full of these awesome goodies! Plus we got a card with Daisy on it, and mum got a cute calendar! Wow.

Here are some photos of us helping mum unwrap our gift:

This catnip smelled so good I licked the plastic container! Mum had to wipe it off with a napkin before she could open it because it was so wet!

Pandora liked the little yellow bird toy - and she thought that all the goodies in there smelled so good! She can't wait to try some of those Fancy Feast appetizers! (and best of all, they are grain-free so she can eat them ALL!)

I helped hold the box open while mum got out all the goodies.

Even though it's not actually a toy, Zowie especially loves playing with the tissue paper! (and it smells like catnip, so even better!)

About Paw It Forward:
The exchange focuses on doing an act of kindness without expecting anything in return other than that the recipient will, in their turn, pass the kindness along and 'paw it forward' in their own way. This is how it works...I am going to send something to the first blog owner who wants to take part. In turn you will then post about this on your blog, link back to me, then send something to the first person who signs up to play along through your blog. There are no cost restraints, BUT don't go crazy! The little something you send can be something you made, bought, were given or found. No biggie, just a gift that will make the person smile; maybe something unique from where you live? And, remember that kindness does not have to involve money, there are untold ways to help others every single day, everywhere you go- just look around. Please post a comment letting me know that you want to play!

We would like to Paw it Forward to TWO cat-bloggers! So please post us a comment here! Mum says that she will go find some awesome goodies, and that once the MEOW Foundation comes out with their new calendars, she'll mail out gifts!

In the meantime, we are going to ask mum to give us some more catnip, and then some treats!

Sounds neat. I'd like to do this closer to Christmas.

Wow! What a generous box of toys. Aren't you the luckiest cats ever! There are so many wonderful treats in the box, we bet you can't wait to open them all. House of Cats was even kind enough to send grain frees for Pandora. How thoughtful was that! The little yellow duckie looks like Huffle Mawson's "mouseduck" {9/18) We wish we had our blog so we could play. Hope someone really nice gets the great treat box your mum will pit together. Have fun darlings.

@Kari:
Mum says we could Paw it Forward with you too - you can be one of our recipients, and the other can be a blogger. Drop us an email! :)

We would love to play! Thank you! How will we forward and stuff? We'll send you and your mum and e-mail and you can let us know what to do. We are in the States, hope we can still play. Thank you again, beautiful boy for letting us join in the fun.

@Kari:
Please do email us! we don't mind mailing to the USA as we know that lots of cat blogger types are from there. :)

So, to all: looks like we have our two!

Super fun! It's a lovely way to keep reminding us there are one heck of a lot of wonderful folks in the world.

Wow, sorry we are so far behind in posting - we are so glad you got your package and liked it. The tissue paper was very popular at our house too - I am lucky I was able to get any in there!
