Mum told me that today I have been in my new home for five whole months!!
Wow, time sure flies. I love having a family, even if my two sisters sometimes treat me like the little brother they don't want to hang around with. (That's girls for you, eh?)
I've been a pretty lucky cat. The MEOW Foundation and their rescuer got me off the streets, got me to a vet so I could get my eyes fixed (I had entropion eyes), and put me in the shelter so I could find my mum!
Speaking of MEOW, I'd like to ask my readers if they can maybe go give a donation, as their shelter and foster homes are full up, and they aren't able to take in any more kitties. :( And if you live in Calgary, Canada, please go fill out an application form to be a foster home if you can! They need all the help they can get! (Mum would like to foster but our home isn't big enough for more kitties. Instead she's going to donate some money.)
The photo on today's entry is one of me looking out the front window. It was pretty exciting because there were some flying mousies (Mum: sparrows) hopping about on the lawn. I sure did wish I could get out there, but I could only watch from the window.

What a lovely way for your Mom to have honored your anniversary! Here's hoping all your fans will go on over to the MEOW foundation, Percy, so that some other lucky, big, burly Mancat can find a home like yours!
That is what our Wizard had. He was in the city shelter and they were treating him with eye meds. We adopted him and had it fixed. That is a great picture of you!

Wow happy 5 month anniversary! It is so wonderful that you found a great home with a great mom to take care of you and some wonderful sisters to play with (at least sometimes).
