Sister Sunday: One more video

Here is one more video of Zowie and myself. It starts out nice, then we do have a bit of a scrap!

Did I mention that this chair is heated too?

Mum bought an extra pet-bed heating pad, just in case the one in our cat cup breaks. So this week she tucked it under the quilt on the chair, and I LOVE sleeping on it! On the chair I can stretch out, unlike the cat cup where I have to curl up very small. It's perfect for the winter weather.

Friendly Friday

Zowie and I have become friendlier over the past few months, and sometimes mum will even catch us grooming each other. Mind you, we usually stop when she sees us, especially if she is bringing the flashy box. But she did manage to get a bit of video the other day.

Mum has one more video, but she says it might wait until tomorrow.

Wordless Wednesday: Zowie gets to have dental work on Feb 1st.

(Her teeth need to be cleaned, but maybe 1 or 2 also extracted, but that is not for sure. It is a lot of green papers, unfortunately.)

MEOW Foundation: Silent Auction donations

The MEOW Foundation will be holding a silent auction on their website later this spring (click the poster for more info), and they are looking for donations for items! Here is a list of suggestions:

Popular items are but not limited to:
* electronics, weekend get-aways, restaurant gift cards, wine, store gift cards, massages, spa gift cards, beauty products, art, tickets to events or sport related items.
* Use your imagination, what businesses do you frequent often, business owners you know, businesses MEOW uses a lot, maybe a business does not have a product or service for an auction but they could buy a gift card to a store or restaurant.
*Remember - All donated items are legible for a tax receipt at fair market value.

This is a pretty local thing, but if anyone does want to donate something, please send us an email, and we will inquire with MEOW!

Guess who our visitor was yesterday?

Our visitor was a V-E-T!

At first I thought she was just a regular visitor (except she had a lot of bags). But then she started to examine me, and I realized that she was a v-e-t! She listened to my heart, and checked my eyes. She put something in my eyes and then looked at them with a special light (because I had entropion eyes). I have some drops for my eyes for now too.

Pandora got the OK for everything, and Zowie is good too, except that she will need to get her teeth cleaned and stuff.

I am glad that mum found a vet that could come to us so we didn't have to go to a scary office that had lots of other pets! And she gave us some very tasty treats!

We're having a visitor today!

Mum says she won't tell us, and that it is a surprise. I wonder who it could be??

Wordless Wednesday: Pandora tore a hole in the mat!

Not feeling so good today.

I did eat my breakfast very fast this morning and I did bring it up again all over the rug in mum's bathroom. Oops.

I am starting to feel better now, but I am taking it easy. Mum fed me some Nature's Variety Instinct rabbit canned food so that I did not have to eat the same thing as this morning.
