Checking out the outdoors
Unfortunately it is not actually that nice outside right now. Mum came in after work all covered with snow! And she was a bit late! But she did make sure to get our dinners because we were all hungry.
Mum took some more photos of me in my pagoda house, so on Wednesday we may have another Demonstration.

Thankful Thursday
It isn't Thanksgiving here in Canada (we had ours in October, and I LOVE turkey) but we have caught the thankful-list bug from lots of the other awesome cat blogs, so we wanted to put our list. Us cats thought up some stuff this afternoon to tell mum to write here for us.
1. Our mum.
2. Our tasty foods.
3. Our nice warm home with cosy beds.
4. Our toys.
5. Snuggling with mum.
6. Treats!
7. Our totally awesome cat-blogger friends!
8. The MEOW Foundation and all the other awesome no-kill shelters!
Happy Thanksgiving to all our American friends!

TOONA Tuesday!
Tonight mum gave us our first taste of TOONA!
Not just regular tuna cat food, but actual real tuna for humans. It is SO SO very tasty!
I ate mine really fast!
Pandora and Zowie were sitting on the chairs, so mum gave them their tuna there, because she thought that I would eat it all if she didn't. (I wouldn't, but I sure would be tempted!!)

Pandora Purrs
If you listen very closely (and turn the sound up high) you can hear Pandora purring. This is from mum's mobile phone, so it isn't very good quality.

Is it dinnertime yet?
We like to hang out in the kitchen when mum is in there. Sometimes it means that she is making up our dinner or our breakfast. And sometimes we get treats. It's also usually the warmest place in the house, with the best smells.
It's hard to get a photograph of all of us on our chairs. Mum shares a chair with Pandora most of the time.

(Not so) Wordless Wednesday: Zowie is doing well

Ouchy!
Zowie had a bit of a rough night yesterday. She got outside without mum knowing, and when she was trying to get our attention to get back in, she snagged her claw on the screen door and tore it. She got back in and was very scairt and freaked out, hissing and stuff, and it got us all worried and also freaked out. Mum had to separate all of us, and then wait for Zowie to calm down.
Zowie is okay. Mum is going to keep an eye on her claw and make sure that it heals properly. It was very scairty, and I hope that it never happens again. Mum knows now not to leave only the screen door open, as it had a tear in the screen that she didn't know about before.

Happy Birthday Pandora and Zowie!
Today my sisters turned 11 years old!!
They were born on November 6, 1998, to their mum, called Kittypuss, in a shed on my mum's aunt and uncle's acreage. My mum adopted them on December 18th, 1998. They had 2 other siblings, a girlcat that looked a lot like Zowie (except more grey) and a boycat that was all floofy white except for brown tips on his tail and feets.
Here is one of mum's favourite photos of them as kittens. She has more, but they are old photos (on papers, not on the computer).
Mum says that Pandora and Zowie were very snuggly even as kittens. Their favourite place to sit was on mum's shoulders. They still try to sit there, but it is harder because they are a little bit bigger now!
Here are some photos of my sisters - some you have seen, some you haven't.

We have moved!
Not from our blog - oh no - but we have moved house! That is why we have not been posting, because mum has been very busy packing things up. But now we are in our new house, and it is very lovely. There are many new smells (there was a little bean that lived here before) and there are lots of big windows to look out of at birds and trees for us.
These two photos are ones mum took last night with her phone - they are not very good, but they are the first pictures of all us cats in the new house! You can see that we are all very tired from helping with the moving!
